EL3: My Life Is the Proof

“I used to explain myself.

Now I just live.

And let the living speak.”

—

There was a time I clung to language.

Tried to make them understand.

Tried to justify my path,

map it,

defend it,

package it.

I thought if I could articulate the truth well enough,

the world would make room for it.

But the truth doesn’t need to be explained.

It needs to be embodied.

And so I stopped trying to convince.

And I started to live it.

—

Now my choices speak louder than any post.

The rhythm of my days is the teaching.

The way I rest, the way I speak, the way I stay rooted—

these are my proofs of exit.

I don’t argue with the Matrix anymore.

I just don’t play by its rules.

—

My life is my rebellion.

My peace is my protest.

My joy is a refusal.

My boundaries are liturgy.

My presence is a beacon.

I don’t need permission to walk in alignment.

And I don’t need applause to continue.

Because now I know:

a fully-lived truth
reverberates far beyond words.

—

This body is my proof.

This nervous system.

This breath.

This quiet that used to be filled with striving.

I don’t need to prove I’ve healed.

I just let them see me whole.

And that’s enough.
