SLIT: Love Like Currency

Love was never meant to be earned.

But they taught you to trade it.

The First Scarcity You Ever Felt

You cried, and were ignored.

You laughed, and were told to calm down.

You reached out, and sometimes no one reached back.

So you learned:

“If I behave a certain way…

I’ll be held.”

This was not love.

It was the beginning of transaction.

Love Became a Ledger

You were taught:

  • Good behavior = attention

  • Achievement = approval

  • Compliance = affection

Love became something you earned,

not something you were made of.

And when it didn’t come freely,

you blamed yourself.

You tried harder.

You shrank.

You performed.

Scarcity Was Emotional, Not Material

You started believing:

  • There isn’t enough love to go around

  • If they love someone else, it means less for me

  • If I’m not perfect, I won’t be chosen

  • If I need too much, I’ll be left behind

Love became a scoreboard.

Jealousy became proof.

Competition became normal.

But this wasn’t love.

This was love under capitalism.

Scarcity Engineered:

  • Media scripts teach conditional love and romantic obsession

  • Families pass down trauma that withholds love as punishment

  • Spirituality sells “high vibration” love while shaming grief

  • Relationships become contracts instead of connections

  • Vulnerability is framed as weakness — not a bridge

We were taught to hoard, not radiate.

We were taught to withhold, not overflow.

We were trained to think love must be deserved.

The Regenerative Truth

Love is not finite.

It is not a transaction.

It is a field.

It can amplify, not subtract.

It can move, not deplete.

It can exist without being returned — and still grow stronger.

You do not run out of love.

You run out of safety to express it.

And that safety can be rebuilt.

The SLIT

This is the eighth cut — the heart wound.

They didn’t just wound your ability to love.

They made you believe that your worth depended on someone else’s approval.

They turned your soul’s most radiant force

into a negotiation.

“If I do this right, they’ll love me.”

But love was never the reward.

It was always the source.

Integration: Returning to Overflow

  • Practice loving without waiting for permission

  • Name your needs — not to manipulate, but to reveal

  • Love without scorekeeping

  • Stop performing for belonging — and let yourself be loved anyway

  • Teach your children that love is not conditional on behavior

Love doesn’t need to be earned.

Only unblocked.

And once flowing, it spreads like water, like fire, like breath —

like every other regenerative force the Matrix tried to control.

“You were not hard to love.

You were just born into a system that made love conditional.”
